IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Familiarity with network configurations, software installations, and system troubleshooting
Responsibility Includes:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Assist in the setup of IT infrastructure for new projects or clients
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions through ticketing systems
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless IT operations
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support
